When you are looking for new employees, what do you search for?
We are big on finding employees that will fit comfortably in our company culture. For our candidates, we find the biggest decision factor in the job search is the culture of the organization they join…we fully believe that this idea applies in our own organization as well. Employees must also have a competitive drive and the desire to succeed.
What does a typical hiring process look like for your organization?
Our hiring process involves meeting with a few people on the team, taking a personality test and doing a job shadow day to get some exposure to what we do on a daily basis.
