 Please describe your company culture. What do your employees enjoy about your organization?

Our culture is based highly on family and community involvement. Giving back to the community and organizing family events are important to us. Learning how to connect with people over the phone and face-to-face and understanding the financial services industry.

When you are looking for new employees, what do you search for?

When we look for new employees or interns we look for people who would fit in our culture and share the same values as our current employees. We also look for leaders and people who are easily coachable. Someone who enjoys working with people and has a great work ethic. It is important to be self motivated and driven.

What does a typical hiring process look like for your organization?

It’s a three step process – us learning about them as well as them learning about us and making the decision that this internship is a mutual fit.

Find someone who is currently in the industry. Continue to connect with people to build your network.
