Renewal by Andersen®, America’s premier replacement window and door company, is seeking a highly motivated Canvassing Rep for our greater Twin Cities office. In this role, you would be generating pre-qualified leads through door to door marketing for in-home sales presentations to homeowners. We provide full training, so you’ll learn about our product lines and the various installation methods in addition to learning the at-the-door appointment setting process.

We offer an excellent compensation package including a base hourly rate, weekly pay, and performance-based bonuses. Weather is the biggest challenge faced by canvassers, which is why we provide the appropriate winter apparel to make the position as comfortable as possible.
When you are looking for new employees, what do you search for?
Candidates should be highly motivated, friendly and coachable. While a background in canvassing or sales is an asset, it is not required. You must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Phone pre-screen, In-office interview, background check, drug screen, onboarding/training.
What tips do have for students and alumni who are looking to enter your industry?
Have a friend or advisor review your resume prior to submitting it for an open position. Research a company prior to an interview. Ask questions in your interview when appropriate. Internships and work experience are always a plus!
