When looking for employees, what do you search for?
Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working within a team, can motivate and inspire others, and has the ability to lead and engage teams to provide a great guest experience. Target focuses on continuous improvement, and great teams allow us to become better.
What tips do you have to share with students or business professional that are looking to enter the workforce?
We certainly recommend you do your research before applying for a position. Determine what is important to you and where you want to be long-term. Don’t focus on using positions as stepping stones; rather, start with a role you will truly enjoy. This will make the journey a lot more enjoyable!
