Have a new app that should have sound but nothing comes out of the speaker?
Chances are that your iPad is stuck on mute.

1. Go to “Settings”
2. Then “General Settings”
3. Scroll down to “Use Side Switch to:”
4. Change the setting to “Mute”
5. Toggle the side switch back and forth until you see a bell icon with the volume level displayed below.
6. Try your app again.

You should now have sound.
