How Do I Access the iPad User Guide on the iPad?

You can download the guide to the iBooks App on your iPad (iBooks is a free app available in the App store).

  1. Open iBooks.
  2. Tap the “Store” button in the upper left corner of the iBooks screen.
  3. In the “Search” field in the upper right, enter “iPad user guide.” The guide should appear in the search results. Tap the “free” button. The guide should download and appear on your bookshelf.

A PDF version of the user guide is also available from Apple’s Web site.
