In one of my previous blog I mentioned that I would figure out a word to define my Thailand trip, oh boy was I wrong. I actually don’t want to use only “one” word, I want to use all the positive and good words in this world to describe this journey.

With the stories gathered from my loving family and the Hmong community in America, I was inspired to take on a journey to Thailand.

This experienced enabled me to relive the stories of my ancestors and explore my identity as a Hmong American woman.

Thailand will always have a place in my heart.

This digital story was very hard for me to make. Too many emotions were flowing through me throughout the making of this.
